1 European Code of Conduct for Clearing and Settlement
ORGдокумент, подписанный инфраструктурными организациями европейского рынка ценных бумаг 7 ноября 2006 г., целью которого является повышение прозрачности и обеспечение конкуренции в расчетно-клиринговом сегменте рынка. Три основных требования Кодекса:- обеспечение полной прозрачности тарифов за услуги инфраструктурных организаций с 1 июля 2007 г.
- обеспечение свободного доступа и совместимости систем инфраструктурных организаций с 1 июля 2007 г.
